The residents have the opportunity to give feedback on the service we provide at monthly resident meetings, anonymously in the complaints box or speak to staff on a daily basis. We also have an annual satisfaction survey, which the residents are invited to give their feedback on all aspects of their care. Staff will assist residents in filling out the form if they want help or they are able to submit their feedback anonymously. Here are a few of the residents comments (from the satisfaction survey April 2019 and past surveys) which we are very proud to say are a testament to the care and support we provide as a service.
